Our 20,000 square foot facility has many looks and styles. All are available for rent and inclusion in your live event.
DAYLIGHT STUDIO
This atrium-style, 4,000 square foot studio is a blank slate. Measuring 100 feet long by 40 feet wide with south-facing windows overhead and smooth-finished concrete floors. Ample power on the walls and in the floor. Large overhead doors provide access for vehicles or items up to 12 feet in height.
CYC WALL
While the room itself measures 3,800 square feet, the cyc wall is 40 feet wide, by 25 feet deep, by a little over 11 feet tall. The wall comes painted white but custom paint is available per quote. The space is covered with a 40 foot by a 25-foot solid white bounce that is removable. Ample power on the walls and in the floor. Large overhead doors provide access for vehicles or items up to 12 feet in height.
PODCAST ROOM
This custom-built room was designed to capture the best audio possible while still being a comfortable space to hold a conversation. Currently, this space is ready for four participants but could be adapted to record six.
KITCHEN STUDIO
Remodeled in 2019 this custom kitchen set was designed to be neutral allowing custom colors to be added per project. Appliances include a five-burner gas range, double wall oven, microwave and double refrigerator. The ovens, microwave and refrigerators all have non-reflective surfaces. An additional kitchen is on-site for food prep. The space measures 36 feet by 40 feet.
